Incident-command, emergency-airspace, evidence, and responder coordination.

  • Identify operating authority: Part 107 versus public-aircraft/COA framework; document the chosen framework and do not mix privileges casually.
  • Integrate incident command, air operations coordination, crew accountability, evidence rules, cybersecurity, records requests and agency policy.
  • Check emergency/VIP/wildfire TFRs and coordinate through authorized channels; emergency purpose does not automatically waive flight rules.
  • Establish manned-aircraft deconfliction, lost-link containment, public perimeter, sensitive-image access and live-stream recipients.
  • For evidence, preserve original files, metadata, hashes/access log and chain of custody.
  • Abort or transfer control when incident workload exceeds crew capacity or aviation safety.
