People, vehicles, active worksite, and property coordination controls.

  • Obtain owner/general-contractor permission and coordinate daily site plan.
  • Treat workers as nonparticipants unless they are directly participating under the rule; ordinary notice alone does not make every worker a participant.
  • Control cranes, lifts, haul routes, adjacent traffic, dust, changing wires and launch access.
  • For progress series, fix coordinate references, route, altitude, time window, camera settings and naming while still adapting for safety.
  • For property media, document boundaries, neighboring privacy and image-use approval.
  • Abort for equipment entering containment area, crane movement conflict, dust/VLOS loss or traffic.
